I Ching

Perhaps our eternal search for truth is just the seeking for words for that which lays hidden in the deeply silent chambers of our own divine souls. Some sort of tangible expression of that which we already know.

I Ching in modern day life

With technology, tradition, religion and various other information constantly flooding our minds, it is certainly easy to become lost in a maze of information, losing touch with ourselves.

The voice of inner truth becomes silenced as we encounter wide hooray of belief systems, fictional theories and self proclaimed gurus in almost every field.

This causes us to feel isolated in our conscious field, very soon detaching from what our soul is trying to tell us and confusion sets in.

I Ching has not been lost

Through its many translations since its discovery, the essence of the I Ching has not been lost. Rather, it has grown to become more layered in value and expression. With first encounter it is evident that the I Ching focusses the reader back to himself. Back to strengthening the inner ear and consciousness.

Practicing Tao Te Ching and I Ching we become aware

Through practicing the Tao Te Ching and incorporating its thought provoking wisdom in our everyday lives, it expands our inner thinking. Through its practice, we become aware of our own convictions, thoughts emotional responses again.

We become aware of synchronicities, divine cycles and our persistent 3D duality density again. It almost instantly takes our attention away from eat, work, sleep life cycles and refocusses us to really understand what is happening on a deeper level inside ourselves.

Meditation and yoga have been a subject matter which I have been practicing on a daily basis for several years now.

I came about this through a life changing accident in New Zealand in 2010 this changed my way of thinking and has led me on the spiritual path.

Anyone can learn to connect with their soul if they put some time into the practice. This is something you can do in your own meditations but just be aware that it gets easier with practice and you will get better at it with meditative practice, so don’t be discouraged if you are not successful in the beginning of doing this. I wasn’t very effective in the beginning either. You start by getting in a good quiet state of meditation where you feel internally connected with your inner being.

Once you understand that your life at this moment is part of a much larger continuum than the few decades you will inhabit this body, you open yourself to the high calling and noble journey of cooperatively joining with your soul in its evolution.
