The Art of Meditation Techniques

Meditation Techniques is the art of shifting the focus of attention to ever subtler levels, without losing one’s grip on the levels left behind. In a way it is like having death under control.
One begins with the lowest levels: social circumstances, customs and habits; physical surroundings, the posture and the breathing of the body, the senses, their sensations and perceptions; the mind, its thoughts and feelings; until the entire mechanism of personality is grasped and firmly held.

The Final Stage Of Meditation

The final stage of the meditation techniques is reached when the sense of identity goes beyond the ‘I-am-so-and-so’, beyond ‘so-l-am’, beyond ‘I-am-the-witness-only’, beyond ‘there-is’, beyond all ideas into the impersonally personal pure being.
But you must be energetic when you take to meditation. It is definitely not a part-time occupation. Limit your interests and activities to what is needed for you and your dependents’ barest needs.

Before the times of Christ or Buddhas, scientists find more and more evidence of this incredible, impossible technologies.
Perhaps indeed because these very early civilisations knew that the Creator being actually was within.
Fully present and open to the voice of the Higher Self, they could access the oneness of all things themselves. Flowing with energy and experiencing their sources much different from what our technological age can possibly bring.

The age of rocks and debris, the rate at which ice caps melt etc. However, it seems all is accelerating faster than even scientists can keep up with. Why would this be?

Thoughts

  • Perhaps we can give thought to the idea that any energy is directly influenced by us paying attention to it in essence. Energy flows where attention goes.
  • Perhaps a deeper level of the laws of attraction. We might feel ill found of our efforts to join causes and sign petitions and support attempts to “raise awareness”, but what are we really feeding?
  • Do we really change situations, or is it in fact  over time, Feed Your Soul into the fact that this is in fact the world we live in.
  • Up side down in theory we accelerate…but in which direction?
